Prior to joining LPL, Mr. Cairo was instrumental in introducing, structuring and executing on numerous transactions for many small and mid-market clients. After transitioning to an advisory role Mr. Cairo led a team in all efforts in developing and expanding a Corporate Access platform, working with several hundred small to mid-cap companies across a broad spectrum of industries. Mr. Cairo advised and assisted these companies by accessing his network of institutional buy and sell side relationships. These relationships included multi-billion-dollar asset managers, hedge funds, family offices and other various financial professionals.
